User Guide
To ensure you enjoy the "Cute animals Museum."
Our facility requires a reservation, so please apply through the advance ticket reservation website. Same-day reservations are also available, so please check availability.
Usage is on a 40-minute rotation system, and you can "interact" with the cute creatures while watching the owls and their friends.

Precautions in the building
※ Please arrive 5 minutes before your reservation time. If you are late, you may be refused entry.
※ Please refrain from bringing food or drinks.
※ Please disinfect your hands with disinfectant spray when entering the store.
※ You may take photos and videos with the flash turned off, but please be mindful not to disturb other customers.
※ Please inform a staff member if you wish to interact with the animals.
※ Please take responsibility for any injuries or damage to your clothes that may occur while interacting with animals. We are not responsible for such damage.
※ Please refrain from bringing or using animal toys.
※ Please refrain from any actions that the animals dislike. Please refrain from playing pranks on the animals, such as deliberately biting them to test your courage or taunting them by spinning your hands around in circles.
※ Please do not run around, shout, or make loud noises inside the building.
※ Elementary school children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (up to two children per adult). Please refrain from wearing sandals that make noise.
※ There is no elevator in the building, so wheelchair access is not possible.
※ Suitcases and strollers are not permitted inside the building.
※ For safety reasons, please follow the instructions of staff while in the store.
