This is my first time at a museum with animals, but what can I do there? What kinds of animals are there? Can children enjoy it too? Can I take pictures with the animals? Can I interact with the animals? We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions about the Adorable Creatures Museum.

Could you please tell me about the system you use?

Please purchase tickets for the date and time you wish to attend from the ticket reservation page on our website. We also accept same-day reservations, so please check the availability on the reservation calendar on our website.

Is there an age limit?

Preschool children are not allowed to enter the museum.

Is there a time limit?

There will be a 40-minute rotation system.

Can I change the number of people or date/time of my reservation?

cellations and changes are free up until the day before. However, cancellations on the day of the reservation will incur a full cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the reservation time: Free
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time: 100% of the experience fee

I have a disability. Can I use the facility?

Anyone who abides by our promises and terms of use may use the facility without any problems. (We do not offer discounts for people with disabilities.)

Can I visit with a stroller or wheelchair?

The museum does not have an elevator and the interior is small, so we ask that you refrain from entering with strollers or wheelchairs.

Can I bring in food and drinks? Can I eat and drink?

No food or drinks are allowed to be brought into the venue.

Do you have elevators?

There is no elevator. Please use the stairs.

Are there coin lockers?

There are no coin lockers. Please use the coin lockers nearby.

Is there a car/bicycle parking area?

There is no car or bicycle parking available, so please use a nearby paid parking lot.

Are there toilets?

They are located inside the building. Please feel free to ask a staff member if you wish to use them.

You can take photos. However, please refrain from using flash. Also, tripods are not allowed insid
